About the Conference
Come away for a day of learning, fun, and making new friends with other students from your own school and other college and universities in the Delaware & Eastern Shore Area.
Greg is the Senior Staff at the University of Delaware and has been on staff with InterVarsity since 1743. (Or is that when UD started?) Ask Greg about being a college athlete, or conversations on the beach talking about Jesus, or about becoming a grandpa!
Erin is a Campus Staff at the University of Delaware and this is her first year on staff with InterVarsity. Erin just graduated with her Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and served as a student president in her IVCF chapter. She loves to disciple students in following Jesus. Get her outside and she will be happy to hike and use her camera to capture God's beauty.
Tyler is the Team Leader at the University of Delaware and has been on staff with InterVarsity since 2016. Tyler is a husband to one wife and father to four children (and he says this often!) Try to stump him with your hardest question about God and he will love to talk to you about it!
Xander is a Campus Staff at Washington College and the University of Delaware and has been on staff with InterVarsity since 2019. Xander loves to eat in every dining hall on campus and at local eateries. You also might find him prayer-walking your campus!
Stephen is a Campus Volunteer at Delaware Technical Community College and works full time at LabWare. He is also a UD alumnus. Stephen served as president in his campus chapter and graduated with a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering. Challenge Stephen to a game of frisbee golf, basketball, or tennis!
Jeana is the Area Director for the Delaware & Eastern Shore and has been on staff with InterVarsity since 1994. She serves as a campus movement mobilizer helping students, faculty, administration, and IVCF staff start and sustain ministry on their campus. She has spent a lot of time behind a microphone singing, speaking, and also serves as a Worship Director at Sycamore Hill Church, Wilmington Campus.
Joenathan Hunter is a professional Gospel musician and singer from Wilmington Delaware. He made his debut at the age of 16 playing for Prayer Temple Church of God in Christ (COGIC). Shortly afterwards he began studying jazz piano improvisation under the tutelage of Delaware's Boise Larry. In his career he's done production projects for major recording artists such as Lauryn Hill, Wyclef, and Praz (The Fugees), Ghost and Power (WuTang) as well as gospel artists such as James Hall and Tracy Shy. He is currently the Music Director for Sycamore Hill Church, Wilmington Campus.
Each DE&ES Campus will gather on their respective campus Friday evening

Come learn some biblical principles that will help you in all your relationships – with friends, family, dating relationships, and more! From conflict resolution to communication and loving difficult people, we will be discussing all things relationships! Bow chica wow wow. Led by Greg Baker & Erin Hogan
You might be wondering, “How do I become more comfortable in my skin as a Christian and how do I help others to meet and know Jesus?” God has placed you in a variety of classes, clubs, interests, and spaces. Today you are invited to lift your eyes to see what the Lord might want to do in and through you in those places! Led by Xander Arroyo & Stephen Bolton
Christians today seem polarized on the topic of justice in society. Some believe that caring for the widow, poor, orphan, and stranger is the gospel itself. Others think these are optional passions for some Christians while others use their gifts of evangelism and discipleship. Others still are hesitant to use the culture’s terminology to discuss justice at all. In this seminar, we will discuss how the Bible’s big story line helps us think carefully about justice in society! Led by Tyler Brown
I agree NOT to attend Fall Conference if I have any symptoms of Covid-19, have had a positive COVID-19 Test within 10 days of the event, or have had close contact with someone who has tested positive.
